About Us

We provide online music lessons and musical products for Rockin' students all over! We can teach you or ship our products directly to you, so you can start learning anywhere in the United States!

We have a retail location with awesome music products and in person lessons at our location in Los Gatos, CA
. We provide musical instruments, accessories, rentals and educate through music lessons, workshops and community outreach. 


Our mission statement is to provide quality music education to curious minds, to further instill a love for music and to help foster student’s creative talents in the bay area and beyond.

   Tiffany Petrossi 

    Tiffany is founder and director of Rockin’ Kidz Music Co. She is passionate and dedicated to providing quality instruction in the creative arts to
    children and adults. She teaches guitar, piano, voice, drama, songwriting and manages the retail stores and lesson studios. She studied at the University of Oregon, ACT
    (American Conservatory Theater) in San Francisco and the GATE performing arts school in NYC. She is an accomplished songwriter, performer and actor. She remembers
    writing her first song at age seven and is very much aware of the joy and the importance of including music and dramatic education as part of a child’s development and
    life-long learning experience.

   She started Rockin’ Kidz to help encourage music education and provide a positive learning atmosphere for her students.

   Alecia Petzinger – Piano, Guitar, Flute, Ukulele, Voice, Intro to Music/Rockin’ Toddlerz,  Coding (Java, C++), Minecraft
   is Educational/Minecraft Mods

   Alecia has a diverse background in music, sound design (creating and editing sound effects, music, ambience), mixing, video editing, and
   computer coding. She currently teaches piano, ukulele, guitar, flute, voice, coding, and educational Minecraft classes. She has been teaching at Rockin' Kidz for 4 years and loves
working with her students!

   Alecia started piano at the age of 5 and picked up flute, piccolo, and french horn at Branham High School. During high school she participated
   in the field show competitions on the keyboard, marching band with the flute and piccolo, and symphonic band with the flute and french horn.
   She graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Technology with a focus on Sound Design.

   She believes that music and technology are a powerful combination that can enrich any life no matter how young/old or level of skill.
    Alecia is thrilled to work with students who share the same interest and passion. 


  Andrew Boyd- Guitar, Piano, Bass Guitar, Clarinet, Sax, Ukulele, Singing and Songwriting

      Teacher-Musician – Songwriter / Composer of music for film and television/ Educator

      Andrew Boyd is an awesome teacher at Rockin’ Kidz. A graduate of Berklee School of Music in Boston, MA, he is also a Lead vocalist,  
      songwriter, guitarist, producer, and composer of music for film and television. He is familiar with the art and technology required to produce
      and write music for radio advertisements, intro’s for radio spots and shows. The song “Here I am” was featured on PBS nationwide for the
      show Road Trip Nation. Andrew is experienced with recording software, Apple OSX, Logic, Ableton, and Pro Tools. He has a working knowledge of plugins, effects, mixing techniques and a myriad of music products, extensive knowledge about musical instruments, tonalities, and sound and studies in bass, keys, guitar, vocals, clarinet, sax, ukulele, and music composition.

    Sue Malloy – Music Therapist, Flute, Guitar, Voice, Piano, and Special Friends Music Instructor

    Sue is a Board Certified Music Therapist and enjoys teaching music as well. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Therapy from the University of  Pennsylvania at Slippery Rock.  As a therapist, she uses music to help clients working on physical, mental, cognitive, or emotional issues in groups or individual settings through singing, movement, playing or song-writing. Sue especially enjoys using the power of rhythm and drumming to energize, empower and build a sense of belonging.  For over 20 years, she has used her music therapy with both children and adult special needs groups. As a teacher, Sue enjoys teaching flute, voice and guitar. She is also an Orff Shulwerk trained music educator and teaches elementary music classes in the publicschool setting. She has performed with many bay area orchestras, choirs, and praise bands


Robert Allen
 Robert Allen – Guitar, Piano, Ukulele and Violin, Mandolin Teacher, beginning Drums and Cello
   Robert is a talented guitarist and multi-instrument competent musician. He has his Masters of Education and also works in the San Jose Unified School district. His
   students foster and grow with him as a guide as he goes above and beyond to make sure his students are provided with a quality lesson that’s clear and encourages
   them to keep learning to play!





Travis Drumm
- Drums, Piano, Ukulele, Bass Guitar




Travis is an awesome instructor to Rockin' Kidz off all ages.

His approach is positive and upbeat, while also teaching the fundamentals.
